Rooted in cultural heritage and minimalist design, the brand reflects resilience, balance, and intention.

 

How do you pronounce “HanTrúc”?  
“Hahn-TROOK.”  
The name reflects serenity and resilience.

 

Where are you based?  
HanTrúc™ is based in California and operates through trusted fulfillment partners.

 

Do you have a physical store?  
HanTrúc™ is currently an online-only brand.

HanTrúc™ was built on the belief that access to care should never depend on distance.

How is impact measured?  
On average, a single ride ranges from $35–$50. We provide periodic updates to reflect the support made possible through our community.


Is my purchase tax-deductible?  
No. Purchases are not tax-deductible, as HanTrúc™ operates as a for-profit entity.


Are you partnered with a nonprofit?  
HanTrúc™ supports transportation programs through ongoing contributions, including the American Cancer Society Road To Recovery® initiative.


Orders

How do I place an order?  
Select your items and proceed through our secure checkout using credit/debit card, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Google Pay.


Can I change or cancel my order?  
Orders begin processing shortly after being placed. Please review all details carefully before confirming your purchase.


Do you offer personalization?  
HanTrúc™ focuses on curated collections. Custom offerings may be introduced in future releases.


Shipping

Where do you ship?  
Currently, we ship within the United States.


How long does shipping take?  
Shipping times vary based on how your item is prepared:

Made-to-Order Pieces  
Production: 2–7 business days  
Shipping: 3–7 business days  

In-Stock Pieces  
Processing: 1–2 business days  
Shipping: 3–7 business days  

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.


How much is shipping?  
Complimentary standard shipping is offered on orders of $100 or more.  
Shipping rates for orders below this amount are calculated at checkout.


Do items ship from multiple locations?  
Yes. Orders may ship from California or partner fulfillment centers depending on the item.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?  
HanTrúc™ pieces are offered in two formats: made-to-order and in-stock.

Made-to-Order Pieces  
Select items are created individually once an order is placed. These pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

In-Stock Pieces  
Items held in our inventory may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.


Do you offer exchanges?  
Exchanges are available for eligible in-stock items. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no cost.


Sizing & Product Details

How do I find my size?  
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend reviewing measurements before purchase.


Are your items embroidered or printed?  
Some pieces feature embroidery, while others use premium direct-to-garment printing. Details are listed on each product page.


Will colors vary?  
Slight variations may occur due to screen settings.

What payment methods do you accept?  
Credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.


Is my payment secure?  
All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure, encrypted checkout.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?  
HanTrúc™ currently focuses on limited collections. Wholesale opportunities may be considered in the future.

We welcome inquiries for partnerships and community initiatives.


Brand & Design

Is the HanTrúc™ name trademarked?  
Trademark registration is currently in process.


Can I use your images or designs?  
All content is proprietary. Please contact us for licensing inquiries.


Do you use AI in design?  
AI may assist in early concept exploration. All final designs are original and refined by hand.

How is my data used?  
Your information is used solely to process orders and improve your experience. We do not sell personal data.


Do you store payment information?
