Returns
As items are provided as on-demand basis, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons except for the following reason: defective or incorrect items. Please notify us within 7 business days of needing to return an item for these reasons.
Exchanges
If the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted, we will replace it at no cost. Please email us within 7 business days of receipt for further instructions. Otherwise, exchanges are currently not offered.
Donations & Impact
HanTrúc LLC is a for-profit social-impact company. After operational costs, significant portion of net proceeds from each purchase are donated to the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery Program to fund rides for patients.
Donations and gift cards are not exchangeable or returnable.
