Our Approach

Each HanTrúc™ piece is thoughtfully prepared with intention—either created individually once ordered or selected from our in-stock collection. As a result, return eligibility varies by item type.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Select items are created individually once an order is placed.  
These pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

In-Stock Pieces

Items held in our inventory may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

• Unused  
• In original condition  
• In original packaging  

To request a return, please contact us with your order details. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible in-stock items, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost.  

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Final Notes

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.  

Gift cards and contributions made toward our mission are not eligible for return.
